- All others - Prepayment required or COD with certified check
- Deposits required on equipment in excess of $2,000

Shipping
- All prices are FOB Hillsborough, NJ. Packing and Shipping
expenses are the responsibility of the buyer
- Packing and Shipping costs vary. Unless otherwise arranged, items
will be shipped via an insured ground common carrier.
Taxes
- All equipment quotations exclude applicable taxes. Where
applicable, these taxes will be added to the invoice.
Warranty
- Our equipment has been refurbished and tested to assure your
satisfaction. If, within thirty days, the equipment does not perform
to specification, you can return the item for a 100% refund.
- An additional parts and labor warranty may be given on specific
items. This will be stated on your quotation.
- Warranty applies to equipment sold as refurbished only. Equipment
sold in an "as is" carries no warranty.
- Warranty is void in the event of abuse, improper maintenance,
improper installation or alterations or damage caused by improper
environmental conditions or services.
- Scientific Surplus makes no other warranties, expressed or
implied, including without limitation, any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Scientific
Surplus is not liable for loss of time or materials. The purchaser's
sole remedy is limited to the stated return policy.
- Warranty is not transferable to a third party
Returns
- If for any reason you would like to return refurbished
equipment within thirty days, you may do so but will incur a 20%
restocking fee.
- All return items must be accompanied by an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact Scientific Surplus to
obtain an RMA.
- Items must be returned in the original packing materials and
contain all included accessories.
- Items must be shipped prepaid and fully insured.
